Shipping Information

General Information
It is the intention of Mister Coolz to provide you with the greatest service possible. The company has put forth the effort to provide the following information with your order:

Mister Coolz ships orders Monday – Friday. Shipping staff is not available to ship on Saturday, Sunday or on national holidays.

All shipping methods available in the checkout process are noted with the number of business days in which your order will be delivered after it has been shipped by Mister Coolz.

Please keep in mind when choosing your shipping method that it may take up to two (2) business days from your Order Receipt for Mister Coolz to fill and ship your order.

Mister Coolz has various shipping methods available to best suit your needs. Mister Coolz, at its own discretion, will determine a designated carrier for your order. This is determined on a case-by-case basis. If the shipping address you provide with your order does not accept deliveries from a particular carrier or if you know of a particular carrier that does not offer delivery service to that shipping address, please disclose this specific information in the “Comments” section you will find in the checkout process.

Any and all specific information or instructions about your order should be provided in the “Comments” section you will find in the checkout process. This is the preferred method of contact for concerns regarding your order however email or telephone contact is acceptable as well.

Mister Coolz products are an excellent gift idea for anyone and can be given for virtually any occasion. If you are ordering Mister Coolz products as a gift, please feel free to include a gift message in the “Comments” section you will find in the checkout process. Your message will be featured on a copy of the Sales Order, which is included with every order. Please note that Mister Coolz does not offer gift receipts although they can black-out the sales prices at your request.

All billing and shipping information must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or false information is a breach of the Mister Coolz Terms of Use Policy. We may also require additional information be provided prior to approving any order.  Mister Coolz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Domestic Orders (orders shipping within the United States)
Mister Coolz defines a domestic order as any order that is to be shipped within the fifty (50) United States. Therefore any orders shipping to any of the U.S. Territories, Mexico, Canada, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia or Antarctica are considered international orders. Please see the section on International Orders for further information.

Mister Coolz offers three different shipping methods for domestic orders to best suit your needs: Standard Shipping (7-10 days), Expedite Shipping (3-4 days) and Next Day Shipping Service (1-2 days). Each shipping method has its own shipping rate which will reflects the size and weight of the items in your Cart.

To determine how much each shipping method will cost for your particular order, you must begin the checkout process. Simply enter your shipping address and contact telephone number. Then, select the shipping method in which you would like a quote. Click the “Continue” button on the bottom right of the checkout screen. After the screen updates, there will be a gray box displayed at the top right which will show your order subtotal, shipping total, any applicable taxes (for California residents only) and your order total.

Please note that all military addresses are considered domestic. For detailed information, please reference the section on Military Orders.

International Orders (orders shipping outside the United States)
Mister Coolz defines international orders as any order that is to be shipped outside the fifty (50) United States. Therefore any orders shipping to any of the U.S. Territories, Mexico, Canada, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia or Antarctica are considered international orders.

Mister Coolz offers one shipping method for international orders: International Shipping (8-12 days). This shipping method has its own shipping rate which reflects the size and weight of the items in your Cart. International orders will only be validated if the International Shipping (8-12 days) shipping method is chosen. To avoid pending order delays, please be sure to choose the International Shipping (8-12 days) shipping method when submitting your order.

Simply enter your shipping address, contact telephone number and country. Then, select International Shipping (8-12 days) as your shipping method. Click the “Continue” button on the bottom right of the checkout screen. International Orders may be subject to duties issued by Customs Officials. It is the company’s intention to adhere to the standards and laws set forth by Customs Officials. MISTER COOLZ IS IN NO WAY AFFILIATED WITH CUSTOMS, AND THEREFORE DOES NOT CLAIM RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES THEIR OFFICIALS MAY REQUIRE.

Please note that all military addresses are considered domestic.

Military Orders
Mister Coolz is very proud of all our service men and women in the Armed Forces. We are grateful for the sacrifices they and their families make to ensure our freedoms, here and abroad. Any of the Mister Coolz products are available to ship overseas.

Mister Coolz defines military orders as any order that is shipped to a military service member at an APO, FPO or other military coded address.

Mister Coolz offers one shipping method for military orders: Standard Shipping (7-10 days). This shipping method has its own shipping rate which reflects the size and weight of the items in your Cart. Military orders will only be validated if the Standard Shipping (7-10 days) shipping method is chosen. To avoid pending order delays, please be sure to choose the Standard Shipping (7-10 days) shipping method when submitting your order.

To determine how much the Standard Shipping method will cost for your particular order, you must begin the checkout process. Simply enter your shipping address, contact telephone number and choose US United States for the country. Then, select Standard Shipping (7-10 days) as your shipping method. Click the “Continue” button on the bottom right of the checkout screen. After the screen updates, there will be a gray box displayed at the top right which will show your order subtotal, shipping total, and your order total.

Exchanges:

If you have purchased a Mister Coolz product from Mister Coolz.com or from a Mister Coolz Customer Service Representative, you are granted a ten (10) business day period from the date of purchase to initiate contact with Mister Coolz in regards to an exchange. Please contact us via telephone 714 995-3168 or email www.mistercoolz@sbcglobal.net as soon as possible to obtain a RMA number, if applicable. If your exchange results in a partial refund, it will only be issued if a RMA number has been obtained from Mister Coolz. The product you wish to return must be in Resalable Condition in order to be eligible for an exchange and/or partial refund. Resalable Condition is defined upon the following terms:

• Product must be cleaned thoroughly. • Product must be completely dried from any water or usage prior to return shipping. • Product must include all of the original parts and accessories that were originally included. • Product must not be altered, serviced, upgraded or expanded from its original form. • Product must not be damaged by operating outside guidelines for which it was designed and intended by Mister Coolz. • Product must not be damaged caused by accident, misuse, stress, negligence, fire, water damage or other external causes. • Product must not be modified to significantly alter its functionality or capability. • Any and all original Mister Coolz logos must be on the product.

Mister Coolz retains the right to determine whether the returned product meets the Resalable Condition standards as stated above. IF THE RETURNED PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET THE RESALABLE CONDITION STANDARDS, IT MAY RESULT IN REFUSAL TO YOUR EXCHANGE AND/OR PARTIAL REFUND REQUEST. Mister Coolz will apply a credit for your exchange based only on the original price you paid for the product. Any additional payments will be applied to the original payment method in which the order was placed.

Returns:
